Thought of Hannah's comment

Hannah I think 'The Secret' is an extremely good idea as we could research so many different ways of how horror films are filmed and how they use camera angles and shots to really set the tension. Also as it would also have a twisted love story we could analyse different clips of romantic films.
I think we could really make our film be a success as the different lighting and sets really set the mood for horror films as well as the music.
I will look at some horror clips and post them online.

Forgot to say that yes! i think that the chick flick would be a great idea. the mean girl route would also be quite comical. if we were to along that route maybe we could look at films such as 'legally blonde' giving us an idea of the blonde bimbo aspect and also i was thinking of 'Angus, thongs and perfect snogging' its British and would give us a great edge and also the opening of the film is quite comical and also gives a great example to set the tone of the film and uses a great variety of lighting and camera angles. Laura i think that was an awesome idea and Alana awesome for sparking it off.
if we wanted to go down the horror film possibilities of films worth looking at 'Van Helsing' and 'Twilight' obviously.

Horror?

Well, i think i mentioned it to you both earlier. but I'm going write it in a bit more detail. well it is in the very early stages ideas. i was just brain storming,but what about a horror? i was thinking of George possibly. For the plot i was thinking of possibly something along the lines of Jekyll and Hyde, with something like a split personality. maybe we could introduce and love element and then the love element be in danger because of the split personality. It should include a sort of dark and light element, good and evil. i think it could be made quite scary if made well enough. If we could come up with some tense music it could enhance the mood...let me know what you think.

Chickflick?

I've just read what Alana wrote and i think that the idea of a chick flick would be really funny, because then we could portray the stereotype of a 'blonde bimbo' -i think you'll know what we mean we say that. but we need to come up with a story line that involves teenage girls, and as we are 3 teenage girls I'm sure that we can. the film 'mean girls' should give us many ideas as this film has a good story line with the girls being 'bitches' to one another. i think that with a 'blonde bimbo' being one of our main characters it shouldn't be too hard to do something to do with a chick flick. Mean girls could be our inspiration, I'll look into the film and what happens and the camera angles that they use and the music behind the scenes.

I think we should do a Chick-Flick type movie as Hannah, Laura and I are girls so we are more likely to relate to many film clips.
